Under the terms of the United Kingdom's Data Protection Act, 1988©ö, The British Council is required by law to manage any personal data given to us securely and only for the purposes specified.

The information collected in this form will be used to provide you information on your IELTS test. After sending this application form we may contact you to inform you of the availability of places for your exam.

The information will be stored on a password protected web server, but other than this, the information will not be passed outside the British Council.By submitting this form, you agree to The British Council's collecting and processing your data for the purposes specified above.

A full copy of our data protection policy is available on request. If you feel any of your data is inaccurate, please inform your local office immediately.
